At our family-owned sawmill, we take pride in providing locally sourced wood products and custom services to our customers. We are committed to quality craftsmanship, simplicity, and a deep connection with the surrounding Colorado landscape. Our mission is to deliver unique and stunning pieces that will stand the test of time and exceed our customers' expectations.

At JAMCo Woodworks, we start at the source: the tree. We source local Douglas Fir, Spruce and Ponderosa Pine logs as well as local urban hardwoods and create everything from timber framed entries to truly one-of-a-kind charcuterie boards. In every product we produce, be it roughsawn/roughcut lumber or furniture, we strive to create something great for you and ourselves.

We are located north of Montrose, but provide services to the Western Slope of Colorado. We service Grand Junction, Delta, Montrose, Ridgway, Ouray and communities beyond.

Custom Lumber

Local Sawmill - Local Logs

Local sourced logs to produce rough cut lumber to the public. We source all local species. From Douglas Fir, Spruce, and Ponderosa Pine from the Uncompahgre Plateau. To local urban hardwoods like Siberian Elm, American Elm, Ash, Black Walnut, and really anything we can turn up to throw on the sawmill.
